Tested Weekly or Get The Vaccine

With the delta variant being more common, some workers will be required to show proof of vaccine or get tested weekly. California state and healthcare workers and New York City employees will be the first to deal with this with others to follow possibly. Nearly half a million people will be affected by this, about 246,000 in California and 340,000 in NYC.

New York plans on implementing this by September 13th, while California is hoping to get it started by August 2nd.

In Minnesota, we have seen something similar with some colleges requiring a vaccine to attend in-person classes, but yet to see anything affecting workers.
