Google Earth Pro
I use Google Earth quite often when planning my hikes or other adventures. However, one of my favorite features on Google Earth Pro is the historical imagery, allowing you to go back in time and look at satellite images from decades ago.
For instance, in Shakopee, Minnesota, you can see images ranging from April 1991 to August 2021. You can see explore Shakopee when it was Bloomington Ferry Road and not Bloomington Ferry Bridge, you can see housing complexes take over what was once a farm town, and so much more.
While Google Earth Pro used to cost $399 a year, it is free now. Therefore, I would strongly suggest taking a look at this tool and all the others that Google Earth does not feature.
Below are two images of Valleyfair, one from 1991, and the other from 2020.
